Job Description
Evaluate real estate sites for multifamily development; Run financial feasibility scenarios. Negotiate Purchase and Sale Agreements for site acquisitions; Interview and hire architects and engineers; Manage the design team; Manage meetings with Planning Departments on design feasibility (“yield studies”); Re-run financial feasibility for expected returns based on Yield Studies by architects; Represent the proposed projects before Planning Commissions and community; Secure planning approvals; Assist in negotiations with equity investors; Prepare and present to investment committees; Interview and hire general contractors; Hire Construction Management consultants; Monitor construction progress; Prepare Draws to construction lender; Attend Monthly Draw meetings during construction; Coordinate marketing and lease up with Management team Prepare funding applications to local governments for affordable projects; Prepare and submit funding applications to State and Federal governments. Oversee lease up and occupancy; Manage conversion of construction loan to permanent financing; Manage Project cost audits *May telecommute*
Requirements
Requires Master’s degree in Business Administration or related technical field+ Requires experience in ADP Workforce, Intuit QuickBooks SQL, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Access, Accounting, Operations Management, Project Management, Business Strategy & Decision Making, Business Law
